| Office Hours are by appointment only. I will do my best to accomodate any client’s needs and schedules. If you cannot make your appointment, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Payment for all treatment sessions are due at time of service. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $25 return check fee. Upon request, both a recipt and an itemized bill that they may submit to their insurance will be available. Cell phone use is prohibited in the office and all cell phones and pagers should be silenced. Smoking is prohibited in the building. Treatment sessions are performed with the client fully dressed. It is helpful for the client to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. |
